And we’ve never done this before….but we created a 5 week class series, JUST FOR THIS AGE GROUP.
All of these things are why the Mini-Intensive exists!
Each week, we’ll transform your dancer’s technique with a strength foundation built by me, a seasoned dance teacher and dance trainer of 20+ years.
Every Thursday in July, we’ll spend 60 minutes in a strength-based classes for dancers aged 7-9. The class will provide them with the exact tools to:
Get their leg up and actually hold it for leg hold
Pirouette without falling or traveling
Leap and keep both the front and the back legs straight
Balance with less wobbles
Hit every dance move sharper
Remain injury-free
And the best part? Your dancer will leave behind those bent knees, and head back to dance in the Fall a controlled and confident dancer. One that makes their teachers ask what kind of training they did over the summer.
As a dance mom myself, I know what it’s like to hold your breath every time your young dancer steps on stage. I know that you’ll be telling them you are proud when things didn’t go as planned. I know that what you want for them is to shine confidently.

This Class Series for Young Dancers Includes
A weekly class from July 2-July30th at 5pm EST.
It’s a 60 minute LIVE virtual strength based class for dancers aged 7-9.
Each class is recorded if you miss it.
Each class is designed for young dancers to bridge the gaps in their dance technique
Every dancer can expect to receive guidance and feedback on form, engagement, and technique during the class.
